Aircall

Learn how to set up and use Aircall within Spott for making calls, receiving incoming calls, and automatically generate call notes.

Make sure Aircall is enabled globally in your workspace first. You can navigate to Settings → Integrations → Aircall to verify.

Enable Aircall for your workspace

Go to Settings → Integrations → Aircall.

  • Click Enable for the admin to grant Spott access to Aircall

  • This allows your workspace to integrate with Aircall for call management and note generation

Only admins can provide workspace level Aircall access. If you don’t see the option, contact your workspace admin.

Select your Aircall number

Navigate to Settings → Personal → Calls. You should now see Aircall listed as active.

  • Select your Aircall number from the list of available numbers

  • This number is essential for:

    • Receiving incoming calls

    • Automatically linking notes to the caller

Numbers must be assigned in Aircall by your admin before they appear here.

Start dialing from your browser

From any Candidate or Contact phone number in Spott:

  • Click on the phone number to open the Aircall dialer

  • The phone number will be prefilled in the widget

  • Sign in to Aircall if you are not already signed in

  • Click Call to dial directly from your browser

All calls made through the Aircall widget to a number that belongs to a person in Spott will be automatically logged, transcribed and summarized into a Note.

Important notes

Make sure your Aircall number is correctly selected in Settings → Personal → Calls. Without the correct number, incoming calls may not be recognized and automatic note generation will fail.

Once set up, you can use Aircall directly from Spott without needing to switch apps, improving workflow efficiency and ensuring all calls are logged.
