What updates the Last Interaction field on a candidate's details page?

The last interaction field on a candidate's details page is automatically updated when any of the following activities occur:

  • WhatsApp messages - Any WhatsApp communication with the candidate

  • LinkedIn interactions - Messages or other activities on LinkedIn

  • Email communications - Any email sent to or received from the candidate

  • Calendar meetings - Scheduled meetings or calls with the candidate

These interactions will update the last interaction timestamp regardless of which team member in your organization performs the activity, as long as their accounts are synced with the system.

This helps you keep track of the most recent touchpoint with each candidate across all communication channels and team members.
